These units of fire rated cabins offer the highest level of protection against fire for your personnel and equipment.
Manufactured to the required specification under the BS EN 13501 standard, these units have successfully satisfied independent 3rd party fire testing – achieving the relevant REI (load bearing, integrity and insulation) rating for a 30-minute exposure for the unit structure, walls, floors, roofs, doors and windows.
This level of certification means we can offer our clients with unit build specification that have been tested and fully comply with the following clauses of the Joint Code of Practice (edition 10.1):
- 13.3 Fully fire rated specification for use within the designated fire break zone.
- 13.6 30-minute REI certified units – Supporting Members and Floor/Roof configuration.
